CapRock’s management team has successfully entitled, acquired, and developed some of the highest profile developments throughout the West Coast. All told, the principals have acquired or developed approximately 9,000,000 square feet of commercial property and over 6,000 acres of land totaling more than $1.8 billion of real estate.
