Jonathan Pharris
Prior to forming CapRock Partners, Jonathan joined Phelan Development Company (PDC) as a Development Manager where he helped source development opportunities throughout the Inland Empire with a specific focus on the West Inland Empire cities of Chino, Mira Loma, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, and Fontana. While at PDC he entitled over 1,200,000 square feet of Class A industrial space comprised of big box industrial buildings, single tenant freestanding buildings, and multi tenant buildings.
Previous to joining PDC, Jonathan was the Director of Development for CT Realty. At CT Realty, he was a member of the acquisitions team responsible for sourcing value added real estate projects throughout Southern California valued between $10,000,000 - $40,000,000. He was also intimately involved with the successful application of a New Markets Tax Credit allocation whereby a joint venture between KDF Communities and CT Realty received one of only two awards to private developers in Southern California.
Jonathan began his real estate career as an industrial real estate broker at Lee & Associates in Newport Beach. In his relatively short career at Lee & Associates he was named associate of the month twice and represented both buyer and seller of one of Orange County’s largest transactions in the third quarter of his second year.
Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, an active member of NAIOP SoCal and NAIOP Inland Empire, and serves on the NAIOP National Board.
Jonathan is a graduate of The Masters Program and is actively involved in the Barnabus Group. He lives with his wife and three children in Newport Beach.
