Specifically, the company is focused on Orange County, west Inland Empire (generally defined as west of I-15), and pockets of Los Angeles County, including the South Bay and the I-5 corridor.

CapRock Partners is an expert in these geographic areas and focuses its acquisitions strategy on submarkets where the company maintains a competitive advantage. It will focus its acquisition efforts to prudently diversify its investments among multi-tenant industrial parks, multi-tenantable buildings, and high credit single tenant assets.
