Stadium Crossing
Stadium Crossing is an 11.8 acre site adjacent to Angel Stadium in the heart of Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle. The site is located just off the Katella exit on the 57 Freeway and is only minutes from the intersection of Interstate 5 and the 57 Freeway. Numerous amenities including Angel Stadium, The Grove of Anaheim, Honda Center (Home of the Anaheim Ducks), and several notable restaurants are within walking distance.

A CapRock principal was involved from inception to disposition in this complicated transaction, which included entitling the site, building a speculative office project, developing a retail center and several retail pads, and constructing a state of the art fitness center for Bally’s Fitness. At the time of stabilization tenants included CB Richard Ellis, Baskin Robbins, Togo’s, Bally’s Fitness, Hewlett Packard, and Carl’s Jr. The project was sold in the late 1990s for over $36,000,000.
