Gateway Computers
Noticing a market void in the North San Diego County high image industrial research and development product, Parkway Center Four was built to accommodate the changing marketplace along the San Diego I-15 Corridor. This speculative development was designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate a wide range of requirements from traditional industrial tenants to high image research & development users.
Parkway Center Four offers extensive glass line and high end improvements with ample office build out and a total parking count of 4.7 spaces per 1,000 square feet of space when the loading area is striped. The project was completed in 2001 and leased to Gateway Computers as its former world headquarters and sold to a Wall Street investment group for $15,400,000.
