The Visalia Business Park in Visalia, California is one of the most successful industrial markets per capita in the State of California and is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies. The Central San Joaquin Valley and specifically Visalia is increasingly considered to be the distribution location of choice for supply chain oriented companies due the area’s logistical advantages. Recognizing these strategic advantages, principals of CapRock Partners control 480 acres of Visalia industrial land, which will augment the 11 million square foot Visalia Industrial Park. As part of the entitlement process, this site was annexed into the City of Visalia and master planned with all necessary site improvements. The site is currently being marketed for strategic build-to-suit opportunities and speculative buildings may be developed depending on market conditions.
