Interchange Business Park

Purchased in 1990 from Chevron Land and Development as a part of a $100,000,000 portfolio of properties located throughout California, the Interchange Business Park included 1,320 acres of land and 550,000 square feet of industrial buildings.

A Principal of CapRock Partners led the acquisition team’s efforts and was responsible for the project’s overall success. These responsibilities included entitling approximately 1,200 acres of agricultural land into the city’s General Plan for future commercial development, installing all necessary infrastructure and bringing utilities to the undeveloped acreage. The 550,000 square feet of industrial buildings were also completely repositioned and successfully sold as leased investments.
