Hayden C. Eaves III
Hayden C. Eaves III, Founder and President of Hayden Holdings. Hayden C. Eaves III is the founder and President of Hayden Holdings located in Pasadena, California. From 1996 – 2005 he served as the Managing Director for Investment Development Services (now known as IDS Real Estate Group), a prominent owner and developer of institutional quality real estate based in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining IDS Real Estate Group, Hayden was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trammell Crow Company, Western Region from 1991-1995 and served as the Area and/or Regional Partner since 1976. In his tenure at Trammell Crow, he oversaw a 53 million square foot portfolio and managed the development of over 15 million square feet of office and industrial product.
Hayden has been an active volunteer throughout Southern California and received the National Gold Leadership Award by Junior Achievement of Southern California and was also awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award by the National Conference of Christians and Jews. He also received the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America.
Hayden currently serves on the Board of Directors for EastGroup Properties, a publicly traded REIT (NYSE: EGP), and acts as an advisor to IDS Real Estate Group. He is also on the Board of Directors for St. Francis High School in La Canada, California and is the Chairman Emeritus of Junior Achievement Southern California.
He resides with his wife of over 45 years in Pasadena, California.
