Paul Earnhart, President and Founding Principal, Lee & Associates – Ontario. Paul Earnhart is one of the most successful industrial brokers in Southern California with over 1,000 career transactions representing over $3 billion in transaction volume. He is the President and Founding Principal of Lee & Associates - Ontario, one of the most respected industrial brokerage offices in Southern California. Prior to starting the Ontario office in 1987, Paul was a Founding Principal at Lee & Associates - Orange where he specialized in industrial transactions throughout Orange County.
Paul is the recipient of numerous awards including receiving recognition by the Inland Empire & Orange County Chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors) for the largest land sale in 2008, 2005, 2003, the largest industrial transaction in 2005, 2004, 2001, and the largest cooperative transaction in 2001, 2000, 1998, and 1996, the largest dollar volume national cooperative transaction in 2001, the largest investment transaction in 1997 and the largest office transaction in 1997.
Paul received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati.
